M.E.R. incorporates two methods of fee structure with our clients.
Engagement Fee – Our preferred and most common method for contract implementation. The contract represents over 80%+ of the search work we conduct.
Engagement Fee methodology centers around a commitment (engagement) from M.E.R and our client to ensure the right fit. From our perspective, it ensures that we have the attention and needed access to the client. We both agree to the rules of engagement and there is no question as to what is expected. The client is serious about the hiring process and wants to be engaged during every phase of the search process.
M.E.R. collects an initial portion of the fee at signing ($5,000-$10,000). This fee is not in addition to; it is reduced by any amount of total fee owed after placement. M.E.R.'s guarantee that we will provide a “suitable candidate” is an industry first.100% of the engagement fee will be refunded if suitable candidate is not provided. “Suitable Candidate” is clearly defined in the terms of the agreement. Clients receive the best of both worlds; a committed effort, and a guarantee that we will produce. Financial risk is minimal.
Contingency Search – Companies looking for a Pay for Performance Model (No fee received until placement of candidate).

Our fee is 25% of the base salary. We provide a 90 day guarantee period of hire.
