Deb Kocen is an energetic leader with over 25 years of client and customer
service experience with a focus on client relations; call center operations
management; project management and recruitment. Her experience spans across
telecommunications, food, publishing and technical service industries within
outsourced and in-house environments. Deb also has a background in both
domestic and international recruitment.
Deb gives back to the community as Vice Chairperson of a charitable board
devoted to supporting children's charities.
